Jorge Mealha, Architect by the Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon (1987) works since then and has prized projects. Several works and projects have been published by the specialized press, and have been selected for exhibitions and conferences. In 2005 is nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award 2015.With a Ph.D. in Architecture (2013), Jorge Mealha is professor of Architecture Project since 1991.
Joege Mealha has developed projects for several kinds of buildings, namelly Officies, Homes, Industrial, Schools and Sports. The projects of office buildings and comercial ones heve been the main ones performed by the workshop, providing considerable experience and professionalism dealing with multinational and institutional clientes, among which stand out the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisbon, Procter & Gamble, Cisco Systems, Fnac, GrandOptical, Caixa Geral de Depósitos e Montepio Geral.
